• How do I become an authorized dealer?

  If you have a shop and would like to sell any of the brands we distribute drop one of our territory reps a line and they’d be happy to assist your request.  Territory Reps

• Can I purchase products directly from Northern Board?

• How do I go about submitting a claim for warranty on an XCEL or products?

If the product is defective and is within the warranty period (1yr suits/90 days accessories), contact the dealer it was bought from with your proof of purchase. If purchased from our Canadian online store (Xcelwetsuits.ca) contact Northern Board directly at returns@xcelwetsuits-ca.com
